You can purchase tickets by going to the event details page and clicking on the "Book" section. There, you can select the date, time, type, and number of tickets you want. You can complete your order by logging in with a registered account or by proceeding as a guest. Once payment is complete, the transaction receipt and tickets will be sent to your email address.
Cancellation and modification policies are strictly governed by the rules established by the event organizer. In any case, you can always view your purchased tickets and the status of your reservation by logging into the TELA platform and visiting the "My Orders" section.
Once payment is complete, the transaction receipt and tickets are sent to the user's email address. The tickets include a QR code that will be scanned and validated by staff at the entrance using a dedicated scanning interface (scanner app).
The TELA system supports secure online payments via Visa and Mastercard (through the NEXI platform), through the pagoPA system, or via PayPal.
Discounted rates vary by event, as the system allows the organizer to set specific discounts in the price list (for example, free or discounted tickets for military personnel, youth, seniors, women, or clubs). In addition, the organizer can independently limit ticket sales by setting the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction.
No problem—purchased tickets are always available and can be retrieved at any time through the "My Orders" section of your platform. If necessary at the entrance, the ticket office and access control staff can search for your order online and, if needed, reprint your ticket and resend it to you via email.
